The only way I was able to list a review was to pick a star. F&H really deserves no stars.I would shop the Cottleville store often, but no longer. My son took a chainsaw in to have it diagnosed. He was told $700 to repair, $600 to purchase a new one. He went in to pick it up. When he got it, he pulled the cord, this cord completely came out of the chainsaw. Also, the chainsaw came apart in pieces. This is not how he delivered the chainsaw for a diagnosis. He ask the person waiting on him what is this? The employee said he had no idea. Well, with that my son lost it. No explanation, nothing. My son ask the employee to use some common sense. They called police because my son was hot and upset. My son left with his now really broken chainsaw. He called later to apologize for his behavior, only to be provoke more. He was told to take F&H to small claims. I guess they figured since it did not work they did not need to put it back together??? I don’t get it. Shame on F&H. I will no longer shop with F&H and will tell all my friends the chainsaw story!
