An employee kinda looked at me weird and then slowly came and opened the door, no words said just opened it and went back behind the wall. A lady asked if I had a pick up and as I said yes she said the oven would be on and running in about 10 minutes. You've been opened for almost 2 hours and the oven isn't on yet? First time ordering here too as I work right nearby. Needless to say I canceled my order, a heads up call would have been nice.
