I was also told I can do my order again after I called. So $80 for one pizza and bread with garlic sauce. Wouldn’t just make my order. They were aware of the online order issue as it was happening a lot but had no resolution. Will never order cottage inn again. The manager hung up on me because he “knew the issue but had nothing he could do” with an ongoing issue. Highly recommended avoiding.

There were three employees in the back talking, and I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally spoke up, a young woman named Shelby came to take my order, and her attitude was immediately rude and a disgusting attitude —like I was bothering her just by ordering food. What made it worse is that after I placed my order, I could still hear her in the back complaining and talking about me to her coworkers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Honestly, the customer service was terrible, and the way I was treated was unacceptable. I would not recommend eating here. And also all the tables were dirty.
