- DODave OsborneDec 16, 20123.0I have always enjoyed their food and they have a great variety of sandwiches and sides besides their pizza. My only advice is to pick up your food vs. delivery. I am not sure if it is their online ordering process or management issues, my 4-5 times of delivery service has produced a forgotten item or I have received the wrong item (sauce, dressing, etc.) each time. I don't believe it should be the customer's responsibility to call and confirm each item ordered to ensure you receive the right items. This calls for a better focus on their customer service procedures. Again, great food and selections and you should be happy as long as you pick up vs. having your order delivered.
