  Switching vets since ownership changed hours have changed but website doesn’t reflect. No more Saturday hours was told today no appointments and walk in hours are 9 am to 11 am . I went initially for the hours that worked with my schedule. 5 year client.

  This place is horrible since Dr clay left...I have been with them for 20 years n now I'm looking for a new place....they lie..about prices.good luck getting them to anwser the phone..and the older lady that works in the front will tell your buisness all over town and shes just mean and Dr Mayberry is just plain rude he yelled at me today so that was my last straw....if your looking for a great vet in gatesville call Bar N

  Horrible service, rude staff and they lied to us.We will never go back. Ever since Dr Clay left this place isn't the same.

  I’ve called about 45 times over the past 2 weeks for there to be no answer or they’re currently busy. So I’ve attempted to email them to which I was told I’d get a response and did not. They lack customer service skills, do not seem to care if they have any business and were not educated on how to answer a landline phone or how email works.
