  This review is about State Farm corporate claims handling, not this local office. My July 2025 claim was mishandled at the corporate level: liability was undisputed (police cited the other driver for no license/failure to yield), but corporate refused to confirm release of my totaled car to Progressive for appraisal despite repeated written requests. Local staff may be fine, but corporate claims support was unresponsive and full of valuation errors.

  Cory does an amazing job of making sure his clients are set up to be covered. He spends the time to go through the options with his clients and is able to match coverages with needs. Cory and his team have helped many of my clients through the process of getting great coverage for the homes, autos, and more! I will continue to refer people to him because of the great work he does for his clients!

  Candy is an absolute lifesaver! Our daughter blew out a tire on the interstate today. I was in meetings but stepped away long enough to make a quick call to Cory Juma’s office. Candy immediately sent me all the info my daughter needed to successfully get the help she needed. If you’re looking for an agency that is always there when you need them, look no more!   In the process of moving from Missouri to Nebraska, both Candy and Kathy have been both professional and kind in meeting our homeowner and auto policy needs. During such a stressful time, it is so nice and reassuring to have experts who listen carefully and respond quickly to our questions and ongoing communications.   I have had State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. Cory Juma is the best agent I have had. He has provided solid advice and support for both my insurance and financial needs for many years now. He and his staff go above and beyond every time. I can not say thank you enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an agent.
