2 stars for the nice units that are well kept. But the communication is severely lacking. They locked up my unit for going 2 months delinquent even they had my card and file and they never called/emailed me to request a payment. If you have my card on file, just ring it up. Why go 2 months without your money and not say anything? Now I'm trying to get the auto-payment form which I guess I have to fill out seperate from the original paperwork (??) to no avail. 2 phone calls, 2 promises to email it to me, no results. Ready to pull my items out before they hold it hostage again.
