  Rico did a great job! Very personable very kind, thorough and thoughtful… Rico Took me to the car went through every Feature was very patient to make sure that I understood everything… Upon arrival, Rico greeted us right away and introduced us to a car which he had in a personal showroom for us where we could see it and he took pictures next of us standing in front of the car with a big red bow! This was first class all the way we even received a full tank of gas! Who does that anymore… As Rico says this is Lincoln!

  I wasn’t even looking for Lincoln and I happen to drive by the dealership and saw the most amazing color I’ve ever seen I had no intention of spending more than a few minutes there and Rico came out to greet me a young man, totally professional I told him I was just cruising by, but he said I have something if you’d like to take a look inside if you have a couple minutes, I said yeah I think I do I’m not into being pressured for sales and Rico was so cool about it. Honestly, all I felt like I was doing it just getting introduced to something and finding out how cool it really was. It was a total, no pressure deal A short conversation with Rico and a little education on my part and next thing I know I’m buying a car The whole process was simple and smooth, and everyone was extra professional I have to say with all honesty. This is the most exciting and pleasurable car experience I have ever had! After the sale, Rico came out personally showed me every feature of the car in and was clear and precise about everything, and it was very patient in going all of the over all of the options and features the car has and there are so so many Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I am so happy I did Well, I was waiting for the paperwork to arrive on the day I picked it up. I just happened to see a car sitting at private showroom with a giant red bow on it and I thought wow that is too cool. Next thing I know Rico comes up behind me says how do you like your new car I’m like So then he showed me to the back of the car and open the door and three sending me with a bottle of champagne, a bouquet of flowers and a written card like this is unbelievable!. And just when I thought that was the end of it, he says oh don’t forget the cake that’s inside. I’m like get out of here. It’s all true. It’s all 1000% true this was amazing in every way possible! If I hadn’t been for Rico, stepping outside when I was looking for that color, this wouldn’t have happened so congrats to him and kudos
