They provided me with enough information and explanation during the sales process so I felt that the sales price of my used Bronco was fair and that the allowance for my trade in was reasonable. My salesperson did an outstanding job in familiarizing me with all of the Bronco features when I picked up the vehicle.

The vehicle only had 50k miles so I wanted a second opinion. The second opinion said there were no leaks and the shocks were good. I came back today with an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and it took 1 1/2 hours. Poor service. .

I was coming from 1.5 hours away and they knew that and saved trips and cared that I not make extra trips. Massimo, the sales guy was personable. I wanted to sleep on my choices and they respected that even though they wanted the sale. They weren’t pushy, but they didn’t write me off when I said I wanted to think about it. The sales manager John Cortese Jr was fun to work with but also down to business. They even topped off my new truck with gas. Darren S was also not rushing me when I was there after hours going through options. Great experience, will be back.
