I can't say enough about the service at Cortese Dodge on my 2018 truck. It went in in sorry shape and came out riding like new. Mark, Mike and the technician were great. Mike was honest and helpful in discussing the needs of my vehicle and I had it back in record time, given all that was needed. Thankyou...I would highly recommend to anyone.

Good vibes, great service and quick transaction... I could not ask for a better experience. Rick, thank you again for wanting to sell me a vehicle and making it an enjoyable process. That morning I went to my local dealership on 332 in Ontario county to look at Jeeps and was met with employees that didn't care to sell me a vehicle... that afternoon drove a half hour to Cortese and drove home in my new Gladiator that afternoon✌🏼

Called today for a service appointment. The first issue is they make it very hard to make by calling the service department. They push you to book online which does not have you many options on dates and times. When I finally had a service rep call me they had no times until over 2 weeks from today for an oil change. I said that would be OK but the coupon I had would be expired by then. He said I can connect you to a service manager. I said I am asking for an oil change over 10 days from now. He again said he can connect me to service manager. I said I guess I will just take my Jeep somewhere else. He said ok and hung up. If they don't care I guess I shouldn't either. This is my second Jeep I have bought from them and will be my last! I love the generic reply you posted on my review. Two things, one, you spelled my name wrong. Two, you have my number. You text me all the time to schedule service now all of a sudden you don't know how to call me. If my Jeep was over 2 years old I am sure sales would be calling me directly to see if I would want to trade for a newer model. I know because it has happened on the past.

Cortese Automotive is by far one of the absolute worst car dealerships in all of Rochester. They treat you like gold when buying a vehicle only to turn around and treat you like absolute trash when you need service work. Based on all the reviews this is a common theme. 2yrs ago bought a brand new $97K Ram 2500.. 12k miles on front tires started cupping and chipping, took it in to check the front, nothing was wrong according to my horrible service advisor Mike. Told me factory tires are soft cheap low quality tires, mind you the tires on the truck are $650 a tire, hardly call them cheap. At this point he refused to rotate because it would cause the rear end to feel like it was "skating on ice". After another 6k miles driving the truck with uncontrollable shaking I replaced them with $2K set of different high quality 65K mi warranty tire. Took them in after 7k miles to get rotated, (not sure they were even rotates. Fast forward 5k miles and the front tires once again are completely chipped and cupped. Took my truck in on Sept 30th for my scheduled appointment to get it looked at. When I set up the appointment I made note of my concerns being an issue with the front end and worn tires. After waiting 20mins for my horrible advisor Mike to show up, first words out of his mouth were "great timing, tomorrow starts our tire sale". Tires are 10 months old with 15k miles, why on earth would I need new tires. Definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I waited all day and received a text at 445pm that they hadn't even looked at the truck due to being short staffed, whats the point of an appointment then? I received a call at 343pm the next day from Mike saying they didn't find anything wrong and that his boss said "well it's a big truck so its expexted". Who expects paying 2k+ for tires less than a year ago with 15k miles on them to expect that type of return on their investment. He proceeds to say after push back hes going to talk to his boss and Sr. Mechanic again and call me the next morning. Waited all day for a call and didn't receive it, call at 2pm to get an update and was told they were going to look at it again and check the alignment which was just done 10 months ago and was perfect at that time. I pushed back again to make sure they really look to try and diagnose the problem. I get a final call at 445pm telling me the alignment was perfect, thet "visually" inspected the suspension and nothing was wrong that it was my fault for either my driving style and not rotating them ever 1500 miles. Not happy with the response and continously being made out to be an idiot, multiple times I was told that Mike and his boss are truck guys and check their tires all the time and if im not im doing it wrong. I continued to press Mike only to be told that hes not making any money because they cant find a problem, he was hoping for a problem so they could make money. He continued to belittle and make me out to be some moron. I have owned 7 trucks prior and have never once had any issues like this with tires, do I expect 65k miles on a set, no, but I also dont expect $4K dollars worth of tires to be ruined after 15k miles each. Both sets, same issue, front end cupping and chipping. Mike offered no solution, just kept telling me it was on me. When I asked if they checked the balancing of the tires as a possible cause, I was immediately asked if I was going to pay for it and if I wasn't they weren't going to it, when I asked if they checked the balance of the tires at rotation I was told if I didn't ask they arent doing it. Why would I ask, Im paying professionals that are supposed to be certified mechanics, I would think they would know more than Joe Blow consumer, but again I'm the moron for not asking to check the balancing. Needless to say next to no work performed to address or fix the issue other than point fingers back at me. Long story short, STAY AWAY FROM CORTESE AND MIKE NAZZARO, unless you like being told your wrong and its your fault and it is what it is!! Stellantis and Mopar will hear about it.

They have extremely limited “waiter” appointments apparently now which wasn’t an issue last year when I brought my jeep in for yearly maintenance. So a rep texted me two weeks before my appt to ask if I wanted one of the waiting appts. Then I said I’d like one unless they can get me a loaner car instead like I’ve seen them do. They said they would find out either way and get back asap. Fast forward to week of my appt, no response yet. So I personally reached back out to see what the verdict was. Only for the rep to say there now was no longer any loaners or waiter appts available on my appt day. They asked to move my appt out about almost two weeks so could get either one but my Jeep Wave benefits were expiring at end of the month. I asked them what could be done since I’d lose out on the free oil change/maintenance & they said they weren’t able to accommodate that request as well. Therefore was stuck without a vehicle all day with a newborn & postpartum wife at home. Plus find a ride from someone only with a couple days notice for drop off & pickup. It took them all day to do the maintenance. I went to pickup my car 15mins before their window closed & the cashier at the window inside seemed bothered & frustrated that I was showing up before they closed. Then she couldn’t find me paperwork & sent me out to the advisor to talk. Only reason for 2 stars is because the Service Advisor, Jordi, was very communicative throughout the day and friendly when I picked up Jeep right before they closed. After poor/failed communication and unwillingness to accommodate due to their mix-up plus an unpleasant experience from a salesman when my wife turned in her lease last year. Highly doubt we will be going back after my lease expires here shortly next year which is a shame because we’ve leased our past 3 Jeeps there.
