Excellent facility for our family reunion. We had 22 people 12 of which were kids 3-12. Debbie was a great hostess. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed to prepare large meals. Multiple BBQ’s. We were here in July so the pretty and well maintained pool was a great escape from the days heat. Adults and kids loved the game room and TV’s. Made s’more one night at the camp fire. Kids loved feeding apples we brought to the horse. Saw many deer. Excellent access to the lake and Shasta Cavern tour we took. Secure area behind the officers that guard the Dam. Freed our mind to let the kids play freely outside. Had a great time here and our entire family agreed.

Had a family reunion for 4th of July weekend this ranch is one of the best vacation places I've traveled to, lots of exciting activities to do during the day swimming, bike riding, hiking, fishing, quad riding with beautiful dirt trails. Kitchen, dinning room, bedrooms, swimming pool and game room are very spacious and clean. Highly recommend it for a getaway.

Just got back from a retreat here and it was an amazing experience! The place is beautiful! The houses are very cozy and clean. There is plenty of room in them to share with multiple families and still have your own space. There is so much to do with the bikes, game room, pool (although it was too cold to use it on our visit) hiking trails, horshies and more. The main dining area was very spacious and perfect for our big group. Our family had a blast exploring and felt like there is still so much more we woukd like to do if we get to come back!
