  A bit disappointed when I went here. The bowling ball conveyor belt machine, whatever it’s called, wasn’t working with the lane we were assigned. The workers just seemed that we inconvenienced them when we mentioned it. Finally we were moved to another lane and were experiencing some other technical issues, like the screens delaying, points not being accounted for, etc. Had fun with friends but could have been a better experience and the staff could have been a bit more friendly.

  Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming and they just make you feel like family. They’re accommodating when they can be and they just try to make sure you have the best experience possible. But the thing that made me fall in love with them from the start was the fact that their sign up sheet for leagues says “gender” not “sex” and I know to some people that’s not a big deal, but for someone who doesn’t fall within gender binary or who may not be recognizable as the gender they identify with, they will be welcomed as they are and right now that’s huge
