I worked with Tanner for a rental property landlord policy. He was professional and promptly responded to all my inquiries. Additionally he took the time to think about possible scenarios and additional coverage I should consider. This didn’t come across as an upsale at all it was genuine think about it kind of things. When our homeowners with Liberty seemed out of the norm I reached back out to Tanner and ho increased our coverages and gave us a considerable savings. If anyone is reading this and unsure about calling just do it and ask for Tanner. A few minutes of time could very well get you better coverage and save a lot of money. As an added bonus most of my communication was handled over text which was a bonus for me, but he will certainly discuss options over the phone as well. Thanks for everything much appreciated.

I was a client of State Farm home and auto insurance for almost 10 years and never had to truly reach out to them for any claims/ issues until recently. We filed our very first claim for our roof March 2, 2025. During this time, the communication was awful. I would call and leave a voicemail after voicemail trying to get in touch with someone to give us a details and we would either not have our calls returned or would say they didn’t have something in regards to the claim (this wasn’t communicated). During this time, the storms in this area were awful, which then caused internal damage to our home. We were told that they would not cover the damage that was done internally to our home and they would be closing the claim on our roof and would not be helping at all. This back and forth took 13 weeks just for SF to say they would not do anything about the roof. We are now in the process of switching all insurance because of the non-existent communication and the fact that we file one claim in 10 years and they weren’t able to “help manage the risk of every life” as their online mission states.

Tanner was very patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. I was switching from one insurance group to State Farm. I wanted to know what the cost would be if we had the exact same policies as the former company and what recommendations would they give for changes. In the long run the price did come down from what we had been paying and we did make changes in the policies.
