  We’re so thankful to Cooper Built for giving us our dream home. From the start, Nick was kind and easy to work with. Our house was in the framing stage when we fell in love with it. The price we agreed on with Nick remained the same from start to finish (excluding any changes we made). Considering the volatility of our current market, this was a big deal to us. Everyone on the Cooper Built team was incredible. Marlon and Alicia made the entire process as smooth as possible. It’s obvious that they truly care about the people they’re building for. We are extremely happy with our finished product. We strongly recommend building with Cooper!

  We met Nick Cooper at the Parade of Homes, and that chance meeting led us to the beautiful, custom CooperBuilt home of our dreams. From start to finish, the entire CooperBuilt team was exceptional—skilled, communicative, approachable and deeply committed to building at the highest quality. Nick, the owner of CooperBuilt Homes, is honest, approachable, and clearly respected by the talented team and contractors he works with. With Nick, you not only have a master builder, but also a trusted friend. Alicia, our designer, is brilliant—she listened closely to our vision, stayed mindful of our budget, and created a space that’s not only beautiful but uniquely ours. Alicia also took the time to get to know our autistic daughter. One of our primary goals was to create an apartment for her. Alicia’s patience, understanding, compassion and design sense blew us away. Our daughter, once terrified of moving, loves her new space. Lance and Marlon, our building supervisors, brought unmatched experience and calm professionalism to the process. Lance is an incredible problem-solver who made even the most complex parts of the build feel manageable. Marlon helped ensure our budget was clear and realistic from day one—and he managed the numbers without ever compromising the vision. CooperBuilt was completely transparent about costs. There were no surprises—just thoughtful discussions about changes and options every step of the way. Their online portal was a great tool for tracking progress, and communication from our project manager was consistent and helpful. We always knew what was happening and felt confident in every phase. The craftsmanship is outstanding. Every detail reflects their commitment to quality. Even when delays came up—as they sometimes do with custom homes—they were handled gracefully and with clear communication and solutions. We can’t recommend CooperBuilt Homes highly enough. They don’t just build houses—they build relationships, with trust, integrity, and a real dedication to making your dream home a reality.

  Nick and his team at Cooper Built Homes built our forever home in Arcadia in 2023. It was our first time to build a home and Nick knocked it out of the park. From conceptual design, through architectural design to construction and warranty work, they made it a great experience. His team is outstanding. They became like family to us. Alicia in particular was so helpful in the design process at helping us select the perfect items for our home and Dominic, Marlin and Lance were so patient with us as we asked hundreds of questions. The contractors they used were reliable and polite. I'd strongly recommend Cooper Built and would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Cooper Built has built amazing custom homes for friends and clients of ours! Being a real estate agent, we see it all. Cooper Built builds a beautiful home and is great to work with along the way. Can’t recommend enough!
