  Noah the technician arrived when scheduled, was as polite as he was professional, and was very thorough in answering my questions with supporting materials. I was also impressed with the care he took in preventing tracking dirt into my house. This is definitely worth mentioning considering that the plumbing and electrical contractors which have been in my house recently not only left debris and scraps from their jobs, but they tracked drywall bits and dust everywhere.

  Call Cool Willy’s for you HVAC needs! My mini split went down and I called in requested Noah and when he came out he quickly identified issue with power to unit. Then he made repair estimate and because of age asked for replacement estimate. The replacement estimate was so competitive I decided to replace highly recommend this company!

  Noah came out to my family house few weeks ago and diagnosed the issue with me heater and provided me options to repair and replace. Based on cost of repairs, overall condition, and age looked into replacement and have never felt such positive energy when deciding what option would suit best. Needless to say I moved forward with system replacement but also very grateful to of been provided repair options as well

  Hvac can be a real wilderness when you need service. Cool Willy's is a both oasis and hearth of comfort for those in need of help. Great communication from first contact with the office through service and beyond. Our tech was super efficient and knowledgeable. Basic cleaning and servicing our 3 mini splits and when asked about a problem with another unit at our residence he correctly diagnosed the cause sight unseen, as later service would prove. Super folks.

  My experiences happened about 2 years ago on 8/31/23. I daily regret the AC-related decisions that I made with this company, so I need to vent: A very young and inexperienced worker came to my condo after I called Cool Willy’s to complain of water leaking from my ceiling-AC. He took his best GUESS as to what was causing the leak, saying that it was a slow-working fan. He said I could replace the fan for $1,500, but it would be tricky (and maybe impossible) to replace it due to the AC being in a cramped ceiling unit. He said that I would be better off just spending $8,000 on a new system. I’m a gullible people-pleaser, so I said yes to the full replacement. Only months later my new Rheem unit cracked in several places, and all of the freon leaked out. Their top serviceman (Walter/Wally) had to solder the unit as best he could. Since then, I worry daily that it will crack again or something else will come up. The worst thing is that I realized later, when it was too late, that the inexperienced worker didn’t know at the time that I SIMPLY HAD A MISALIGNED CONDENSATION PAN. If he had known this, and had just slid the pan back to where it needed to be, this would have stopped my leak, and I wouldn’t have unnecessarily spent $8K on a totally inferior, crack-prone unit. Also, on that same day, one of their young and inexperienced plumbers flooded my condo. The plumbing manager later came and saved the day by helping to install my faucets. He did a great job, but I have no faith in their day-to-day technicians.
