I brought my grandmother's rocking chair that had been reupholstered many times over the years. It's a flat back rocking chair from the 1940s possibly early fifties. My last picture with my grandmother was in 1964. She died shortly after that, so the memories are strong on that chair for me.

I send my pictures they sent me an estimate, then I schedule an appointment to browse the fabric I came to the appointment and no body was there no one answer the phone very bad customer service.

How do I get an estimate for my project?
Getting an estimate is easy! Simply go to the quote request page by clicking on the Request Quote button or go to coolspringsupholstery.com/request-quote. Since no project is the same, we ask that you provide a picture (or pictures) of your furniture so that we can understand the piece(s) and provide an accurate estimate. If you are wanting a custom built project, please provide an inspiration photo. You can upload your photo(s) using the request form.
What is your process?
Our process is intended to be simple and smooth. Once we receive your request for an estimate, we will review your information and provide you with a labor estimate while also including the projected amount of material (yardage) needed for your project. Once you approve the estimate, pay your deposit (75%), and bring your furniture to us, we will begin working on your project. Once complete, we will notify you via email and phone call that it is ready for pickup.
Do you sell fabric?
Yes! We have hundreds of fabric options to choose from so that you can find the one that fits your vision. All of our fabric options are special order and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive to us (assuming they are available and in-stock).
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes! You are welcome to supply your own fabric/ material for your project. There is no additional fee for this.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
We do not offer in-house pickup and delivery, however we do provide a list of professionals that can assist you with transporting your furniture to and from our location.
What is your lead time?
Every project is different and lead times can vary depending on the complexity and size of the project. We aim to have most projects completed within 4-6 weeks or less, however once we understand your project we can provide you with a more definitive timeline.
