  Aaron and his team did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The communication was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. Everything works perfectly, and the installation was done cleanly and on time. It’s great to work with a company that takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend Aaron and the Cool Runnings team — top-notch service all around!

  Aaron and his Team are amazing. Our old HVAC system was not keeping up and it was miserable. We ended up going with mini splits throughout the house to eliminate all of the duct work. His team worked 4 days straight to get the job done and we are finally comfortable in our house. Thank you Cool Runnings !

  ZERO IF POSSIBLE! Three years ago had a full install for cash, which I'm sure is why the continue to say there's "no records". It needed repair within months, by them and tried to charge. Then another repair the next summer. Full unit looked at thermostat to end. Worked for a few weeks and died again. Had another company come out bc they put me on a week wait list. Same story. They came back AGAIN and blamed it on my new thermostat. We're three weeks after that, no air, nothing has been touched, it hasn't been turned off, no power surges. After being yelled at and cursed at, returning fire got a "call some body else response" and a blocked number. Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and quite literally rude and ignorant people. Scammers from the start, scammers to the end.

  After a bad and expensive experience with another company, a friend recommended Cool Runnings. I've had them out a few times and they've never let me down. They picked up on problems that the other company misdiagnosed, showing me pictures they took of the inside of the unit so that I could see the broken and rusted part, then repaired it perfectly. Their employees are so nice, courteous and respectful. I would never use anyone else.
