Damian came out to my home for a yearly service visit. He was thorough and explained every item that needed replacement and why, as covered under warranty. He was diligent and cleaned up all of the equipment and even the small blown in insulation that falls out of the attic door everytime you open it. I highly recommend. Over the years several technicians have come out and they are super thorough
I called to make an appointment because my thermostat was not working. I stated that I needed another thermostat. I asked if the technician could bring another thermostat? When the technician arrived and diagnosed the problem, he said I needed another iComfort thermostat and he didn’t have one. I mentioned to the technician that I had asked the service person that I spoke with to send a technician with a thermostat. This is very disturbing and makes me question if I want to renew my service agreement or not.

Our upstairs AC unit went out. Kudos to Cool Air for sending someone out the same day. There was error code 31 displayed on our thermostat. We asked the technician if the thermostat could be broken. He said no, it was a problem with the 6-volt circuit communicating with the 24-volt circuit. Three days later a crew of 3 came to fix the problem. After rewiring, the technician said we needed a new thermostat. Was that not the problem in the first place? The technician defensively said “No”. Not happy with that statement.

Representative Shane was prompt with his arrival time. He was able to diagnose the situation and offer alternative solutions.
In addition to the repair he also offered alternative measures to prevent this from happening again.
He has a professional deameanor, yet is very personable!

My air conditioning unexpectedly went out on a Friday afternoon (of course, it always happens at the worst time!). Thankfully, I was able to get an emergency appointment that same evening. Cedrick arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running within an hour and a half.
Yes, it was a bit pricey—but that’s expected for emergency service. Cedrick was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated that. I’d definitely use Cool Air Mechanical again in the future.
