  Cook's Glass team is amazing! After a severe thunderstorm, one of the panes in my window broke. Cook's technicians arrived on time and replaced the pane quickly and beautifully! That was not it. I was filing a claim with my insurance company, which asked for copies of receipts, before and after photos, and "additional information" (a signed completion letter from Cooks). The office manager, Anna, was very helpful and courteous. As soon as the pane replacement was done, she provided me with a signed letter and a "paid in full" invoice. No hassle for me. Within 10 days, my insurance company refunded me the full amount minus my deductible. Great customer service! Thank you, Ana and Cook's team!

  Cook’s Auto Glass was fantastic! Ana was friendly and helpful. My window screens were repaired quickly and affordably. I’ll be using them again for my sliding glass door. Highly recommend—prompt, economical, and knowledgeable!
