  I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards Tommy Lyons and his son Carter Lyons. They fought tooth and nail for me to win my case for a wrongful repossession and not only did they work hard and had my back throughout the whole ordeal, they showed so much empathy for me and for what I'm going through in my life. I appreciate that more than I do winning the case because I find it to be rare nowadays to meet genuine caring people and I can honestly say Tommy and Carter are those people. To my understanding, our case was a bit more challenging to come out on top due to a case that happened long ago preventing most attorney's to not even want to take a case like this on and so not only did Tommy decide to go against all odds but with the combination of himself, his son Carter, and their secretary Andi Weber, they helped me win my case and changed the game for future wrongful repossession cases similar to mine. I just can't thank them enough and may God bless them all for their help.

  I was referred to Consumer Justice Center. I worked with both Thomas J. Lyons (Tommy) and Carter Boerbon Lyons and their staff. For the past 38+ plus years I have worked for a personal injury law firm, the firm I work for does not handle the type of claim I was pursuing so I was referred to Consumer Justice Center. Working with a law firm, I have high expectations of hiring a law firm outside of personal injury. When I hired Consumer Justice Center, P.A., from the first conversation I was impressed with firm's professionalism, knowledge and compassion in handling my claim, and they far exceeded my expectations.   Tommy Lyons told me to trust him he had my back. He took advantage of my situation and took 75% of the money. He is a thief.

  I hired this law firm and trusted them with my case. They didn’t care enough to show up to the hearing. I whole heartedly believe they are the reason I lost my case. I truly believe I would have won if I would have choose a different attorney. I woke up to a message from my attorney the day of my hearing, sayin “good luck guys, I’ll be there in spirit”. Instead he was at a different hearing. They called me after the decision to tell me how blown away with it they were and they can’t believe with all the proof we had, and still didn’t win. The second our hearing was over, my husband and I look at each other and said “we lost, they didn’t show” we knew right away we had lost. We had one shot at arbitration and they blew it for us. Do not trust them with your case, look anywhere else but here. I can’t do a thing about loosing my case but hopefully I can keep them from doing it to you too.

  I can not explain my gratitude for this law firm! I had a wrongful repossession with a credit union when I thought there was nothing I could do I called Tommy Loyns Jr. He reassured me that I was not wrong but taken advantage of. My family all thought I was crazy for taking the bank on but with the help of Tommy we proved them there is great lawyers out there and it can be done! We ended up with 2 laws suits with this same bank and won them both!! I can not tell you how much my life would've changed if I didn't take the leap of faith and called Tommy! I would not recommend anyone else Tommy is your guy!
