- SVSusanne VigilJan 22, 20251.0It took weeks to get into services, then when I started receiving services and my live-in PCA moved out and robbed me blind , just before Xmas, my services were suspended for several weeks and I had NO help , while they "investigated" my complaint and treated me like I was a criminal . I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE that needed care .

- TRTerri Reynolds-RogersOct 15, 20173.0Some incredibly dedicated staff but the paperwork hassle filing timesheets is a pain. The timesheets are so detailed and unwieldy it is easy to make an error that will result in no paycheck until you correct the error and resubmit. I was faxing timesheets at my expense until they started being rejected. They are refaxed to the home office and become illegible with the 2nd faxing. So I successfully scanned and emailed several over a month but now I'm told they won't be processed that way anymore. I have to fax or drive the 30 mi roundtrip to deliver in person.
