  I built a new home in MA. and used Artesian Well. Right from the start Chris was extremely helpful as he navigated me through my new well experience. He and/or the team were always available, and still are, to answer questions. The installation went smoothly, they were on time and now I have a clean, heavy flow of water streaming from my faucets. Would highly recommend them!

  I don’t ever leave reviews, but Connecticut Valley definitely deserves one! everything to do with my new well install went flawlessly. Everyone on the team was super respectful and professional. and my salesman Chris treated me as if I was family with the upmost respect and honesty and always having the patience to answer any and all of my questions . I cannot recommend Connecticut Valley enough.

  The owner became very disrespectful during a phone conversation in regard to a water filtration system, and scheduling, I had been a loyal customer over the years, spending thousands of dollars. I have rarely had an owner of any business act so unprofessionally. Shame on you, Joe. I have owned my own business for 30 years and under no circumstance have ever treated a repeat customer in such an egregious manner.

  We had a shallow well with weak water pressure and wanted a deep artesian well. We chose Conn Valley because of their reliable reputation and close proximity to us (in case of future service calls). Chris, their estimator/ project manager, was very informative and up front about the estimation cost. He kept me informed about when and what was happening on a weekly basis. The drilling crew and well technicians were excellent during the whole process. I’m very happy with the end result. I now have constant water pressure and don’t have to worry about my shallow well running dry anymore. Would recommend to anyone needing a new well or service.
