I booked an appointment to clean my ear wax. Gaby took time to speak with me and checked my ear. I don't have ear wax blockage, what I need is to see an ENT. She didn't charge me anything for the service, and wrote down everything I need to do. Can't say enough thanks to her professional service. I would recommend her to anyone who needs to see an audiologist!
