Jordyn was so patient and helpful when my husband had to replace his worn out hearing aids. She allowed us all the time we needed to understand the instructions. She was very knowledgeable and we left feeling well looked after. A lovely lady all round.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr Fennel is an excellent audiologist who takes the time to patiently explain things and genuinely has the best care of her patient at heart.
