  I was very lucky to get an appointment to take my 92 year old mother as she has a hearing aid and she always seems to be having an issue with it ! I called to confirm appointment and Linda was extremely helpful in letting me know where to get dropped off as my mother uses a walker ! Thank you as was so easy to get to your unit ! Juliana Martins was amazing she was so patient she listened to my Mum and immediately knew what was the issue! We have been going to different locations to get it adjusted as my Mother was not happy ! Juliana said the problem could have been the wax build up which I believe as I saw how much wax was in her ear ! Sadly she was not told this before and this really impacted her hearing ! Also was getting an echo coming from her voice ! Juliana removed a lot of wax suggested she needs to see a specialist to get the rest removed ! She took over 45 mins with my Mother and she was never agitated just simply pleasant and very calm and smiling we felt very comfortable as she really made My Mum happy ! My Mum can hear perfectly so grateful and blessed she can hear well ! Thanks a lot Juliana ! I am so happy , my Mother is so relived she can hear properly. Linda once again thank you !

  I brought my son to see Dr. Melissa Ganguli today and can’t say enough about how impressed I was by her level of care. She took the time to listen to the reasons my son was there (referral from ErinOaks) and did a great job engaging with my son. I would highly recommend Dr. Ganguli to anyone in need of Pediatric care.

  I had the exact same experience as the reviewer below and truly wish I had seen this review before bringing my child in. We were asked by ErinoakKids to complete a hearing test and got a referral from our family doctor, but had no idea how unprepared and not child-friendly this clinic would be. Melissa’s biggest issue is her attitude—she was visibly impatient and spoke to us in a condescending tone. She made no effort to engage with my toddler or create a comfortable environment. At one point, she said we could eat inside the booth to help my child cooperate, but when I told her we had snacks and were willing to try, she abruptly shut it down and ended the test. It felt like she had no intention of trying to make it work and just wanted us to come back for another session, which I absolutely will not do. This clinic is clearly not equipped to assess young children, especially those with special needs. I left feeling extremely sad and like I had failed my child by putting him through such a negative experience. To this day, I still haven’t received the report either. I would never recommend this clinic to any parent. No family should have to go through this.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Melissa Ganguli when I took my two-year-old son for a hearing test, as recommended by his speech therapist. From the start, Dr. Ganguli was extremely cold and unprofessional. She made no effort to engage with my child or create a comfortable environment for him. Throughout the test, she was impatient and unkind, expecting my two-year-old to sit completely still for an unreasonable amount of time. Anyone who works with young children should understand that this is unrealistic. Instead of adapting to the situation with patience, she became visibly frustrated, handled my son roughly, and even threw down her equipment in exasperation when he moved. At that point, I decided to stop the test and leave. I shared my feedback with both Dr. Ganguli and the receptionist because no parent should have to witness their child being treated this way. If a professional lacks the ability to handle young children with care and patience, they are in the wrong field. I would NOT recommend Dr. Ganguli to anyone seeking a compassionate and understanding healthcare provider.
