  Very aggravating experience with Conicelli. I gave Conicelli a $1000 deposit on a specific 2025 RAV4 Hybrid Limited and was told the car was in production and would be to the dealership by September 30, 2025. Several weeks later I received a call from another sales associate at Conicelli telling me my original sales associate left the dealership and he was now my sales associate. He was asking odd questions like “was I only interested in a ‘Limited’ trim package” and “what interior color did I want.” I said I already ordered the car and had the spec sheet I was given by Conicelli. I specifically asked if my car had been ordered. The new sales associate assured me the car was ordered and he was just confirming. Forward another two weeks and I called my sales associate to check on the status of the car, having heard nothing from the dealership. The sales associate was clearly not in the office and was irritated to be speaking with me. He then told me the car I bought was not going to be delivered and the original sales associate should not have sold it to me. Of course, when the current sales associate called me weeks ago, he also didn’t tell me the car didn’t exist. I asked to speak with a sales manager and when I pressed for the full name of the sales manager who was going to call me, the sales associate HUNG UP ON ME! A sales manager called me a few hours later and told me that the original sales associate should not have promised me a specific car. Essentially, for the $1000 deposit, the dealership would only TRY and get me the car they gave me the spec sheet on. I said I was never told that my deposit was only for the dealership to “SEE” if they could get me the car I wanted. I asked how long was the dealership going to try to get my car before they told me it wasn’t possible? The sales manager said usually a couple months. So, five weeks after they took my deposit, this was the first I heard my car is not available because Toyota was rejecting the dealership’s request for the car. Also, immediately after the sales associate hung up on me, I left voicemail messages for Conicelli’s President, Dominic Conicelli; the General Manager, Dave Rivera; and the Human Resource Manager, Donna Conicelli. None of them bothered to call me back. Two days later I bought a RAV4 Limited from Hanover Toyota. They were totally honest, upfront, and a pleasure to work with.

  Wonderful experience. Our salesperson Neil was so knowledgeable and so kind and really accommodating.. We love our 2017 Toyota Rav4, perfect car for us!! Love the service, financing, and friendliness that Neil and Dennis, the manager , offered to us. Would recommend conicelli to everyone who wants a used car!

From my first email, Lynette was prompt, pleasant, and transparent — answering my questions without pressure and even working to match a competitor’s offer on add‑ons. When I visited the dealership, I was greeted warmly and introduced to Blendi, who was friendly, attentive, and quick to get me into a test drive. He explained pricing, warranty, and service options clearly, tailoring suggestions to my 500‑mile weekly commute — all without the pushy tactics I’ve come to expect elsewhere. The entire process was efficient, straightforward, and surprisingly enjoyable. I’m thrilled with my new Corolla Hatchback and highly recommend working with Blendi and the Conicelli team for a professional, no‑nonsense car‑buying experience.

  I’ve purchased 4 vehicles in total from Conicelli dealership. Eugenia Ciccolone is the real deal!! She supper helped me out on the 2 out of the 4 vehicles I purchased from this dealership.
