  Doctor Megan Lavorn is a treasure. She is an eminently skilled physiatrist, exquisitely committed to working with her patients, admirably approachable, and completely responsive both in the portal and when meeting with her face-to-face.

  My visit with the doctor was just fine but I am writing a review on the business practices of this office. I recently had a triple bypass surgery and now I am unable to drive myself to appointments due to a terrible bedsore that I acquired in the hospital when I was on life support and in a coma. So, back to my complaint, I am unable to drive so I have to pay someone to drive me from reidsville to greensboro for these appointments they have set up for me. SO....Dr Raulkars office just called and stated they had received paperwork from my insurance so that I can continue to receive my short term disability and that I would have to come into the office and pay a 25.00 fee for them to fax it back to the company. So now, I have to pay someone 25.00 to take me there just so I can pay the office another 25.00 to fax some paperwork back to the insurance company. I asked if I could pay online and they wont accept that. Once I get this paperwork sent off I will never return to this office! Very unprofessional!
