Today I had a scheduled appointment at this office as a new patient. When I arrived I did ECheck In at 2:05, I was standing in the lobby of office waiting two other patients where ahead of me by the time I get to the receptionist it’s 2:14pm. Receptionist gave me new patient packet. I fill all forms out as instructed. As I was filling forms out she called me to the window, stated the physician assistant stated I was 25 minutes late. No I was not, so receptionist said let me go back an speak with them. She came back an told me if 2:30 appointment didn’t show up they would let me see the doctor. Now we are at 2:41pm the other new patient didn’t show up. Now she comes tell me after doctor see the 2:50pm appointment she still see me. By now it’s 3:15pm. I still haven’t seen the doctor appointment been scheduled for over 2 months. I walked up to receptionist an I told her I was leaving the physician assistant was so concerned with keeping Dr.Johnson on schedule. They allowed a postpartum mother of 4 kids just had baby month too early. This office doesn’t seem to care about patients. I learnt that very fast today, because before you let any new patient walk out your office please check know the reason they coming in to office, you never know what anyone is dealing with. I have file a complaint with CMS in regards to this incident at the office. I will not be returning nor referring because this made me aware that y’all took my health as a joke on 7/27/2023

Trying to schedule an appointment for 2 days now cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Have held numerous time for over 28 minutes

The doctors are wonderful the staff is very nice they seems to care.my problem is waiting. 3 hours or longer on my meds at the end of the Dr visit makes no sense to wait for hours and hours
