  We had lots of damage in front of the house and in the house from electric wire falling on our driveway Condee technicians worked in our house for days to replace all burned wires and we were very pleased with their work ethic and professionalism The names of technicians are:Justin Fore,Bryan Sine,Anthony Gonzales,Tali LaCoa and Dalton Ryan The head of electric department Nick and his wife Christen were also very accommodating and understanding for our situation We would like to thank them all for helping us and we highly recommend this company !   Derrick was here for scheduled maintenance on my two a/c units. He was very professional, took his shoes off since he was in and out the door and rainy. He explained a few things he will be checking and I would get a full report, pictures, and readings when done. He explained how to keep my condenser pipe clean of algae in between services. He told me everything looked great! This is why I came back to Condee for cooling & electrical needs. I trust them!

  Max did a nice job today cleaning and testing air conditioning unit. Also very polite and explanatory on the tests he was performing and the range of the pass fail criteria.

  Dalton Ryan & Condee Electric were amazing. Had an electrical issue which Condee was able to schedule a visit the same day. Dalton was pleasant, knowledgeable, and able to fix the issue quickly. Much appreciated. Have used Condee for new AC and electrical work and have always done excellent work at a good price. Recommend them greatly!

  The AC system in my home was replaced in late 2024 by a local company that I prefer not to identify here. Within months, the system developed a multitude of problems. The installer was difficult to deal with. They made repetitive excuses for the problems, Choosing quick fix solutions rather than lasting repairs. After the latest system failure, I call Condee for an inspection and estimate. They were communicative and responsive. Technician #50, Tone’ was thorough in his inspection and diagnosis of the problem. He provided detailed information on everything that needed to be done to restore the system to full, dependable functionality. Tone’ was courteous, efficient and professional. Within 24 hours, Dan from Condee provided a detailed, written assessment and estimate to allow me to initiate FS558 action against the original installer. I would recommend Condee and plan on designating them as my AC service provider. Thank you Tone’ for going above and beyond in your inspection. Days later, Jake (Technician #62) appeared at the scheduled time to conduct the repairs on my system. Jake was cordial and thoroughly explained all aspects of the repair. He was cordial and respectful. He answered every question that I asked of him. He and Eduardo worked for many hours in my very hot garage. After completing the repairs, they left my garage in pristine condition. I'm completely satisfied with the entire process from scheduling to completion. I would not hesitate to use Condee again.
