  Great experience with them. I called close to 10 companies in the area to do footings for my deck. Many wouldn’t take the job and others had outrageous quotes. Concrete Concepts and one other company gave me reasonable quotes and concepts was able to start within a few days. From the time I contacted them to the footings completed it was about 1 week including a slight delay to be inspected. Everyone on their crew was nice and they were easy to work with. Would use again for more concrete work.

  I called and spoke with Travis. We scheduled a time for him to come and look at my project but failed to show up. I live less than 5 miles from their office.

  Owner communicated very promptly last spring while trying to get our business. We had an estimated start date of mid-June. That time came and went and the owner has since stopped all communication with us. Our project should have been done a month ago. If that wasn't possible, I understand things change, but there has been no response to our inquiries in 6 weeks. Now that it's July, we had trouble finding a company that can get the project done this year. If the owner would have said 3 months ago that he wasn't going to be doing our project instead of lying and then stringing us along, we could likely have it done by someone else already. Come to find out, he has a reputation with other companies in the area for doing this to potential customers. Absolutely maddening.
