  I really enjoyed working with Emily on my kitchen renovation. She was very responsive and came up with some excellent solutions to the surprises that come up in a major project like this. We had a couple of issues with cupboard doors that were delivered with scratches and Concept32 was quick to replace them - no questions asked. This kept our project moving forward allowing us to complete the project on time. I love the quality of the cupboards- better than I ever expected. The sleek, modern, sophisticated style that Emily came up with is perfect for my condo. I am looking forward to working with Emily again on building out custom closets for my bedrooms! I Highly recommend Concept32! I’m glad I found them.

  Concept32 and Jenny Morrow came highly recommended from a realtor friend. We built our house 19 years ago, but it was a tract home and the builder had a horrible design for our kitchen. The original design was non-functional even though the cabinets were in good condition. I have to say we are seriously design challenged and relied on getting good recommendations. Jenny's design fixed our problems. The new design is radically different from what we had. And it's 100% functional. After reviewing her design, we quickly ordered both the cabinets she recommended, and our new appliances. We sent the specs for the appliances to the C32 shop so the cabinets would be built to fit them. C32 delivered the cabinets on the date they said they would 3 months earlier. Once everything was in place in our garage, we had a General Contractor team ready to perform the work. Everything came out exactly as planned. C32 has provided us with beautiful and quality cabinets. The installation carpenters were impressed with the fit and finish. That left us feeling great, as they had no relationship with C32 at all. Once they left, the C32 adjustment carpenter arrived to finalize the setup and alignment of the cabinets. He is a perfectionist and he was outstanding. The seams from door to door, drawer to drawer and cabinet to cabinet are all uniform and straight. Amazing job. The final result has friends and neighbors giving us compliments on the design, the product and how much extra space we have in the exact same space as we had before. It really is a completely new kitchen. We would highly recommend Concept32 and Jenny to anyone interested in doing a new or remodeled Kitchen.

  We used Concept 32 for custom painted cabinets for our kitchen remodel -- by far the biggest home renovation mistake we have ever made. The paint scratched and dinged immediately upon installation, and has worsened daily. I've called Concept 32 to try and ask about warranty coverage or repair, and have never received a call back.
