After 6 weeks I sent an email wondering about my order getting back a email stating my order would be in the mail "next week" Three weeks later emailed again to get no response. I then called and was told my order would be in the mail next week. I was contacted with an apology and they added in a hat for free. glad they acknowledged their mistake and tried to make up for it.
