  I called to ask questions regulating services as I’ve received services with comprehensive psychological services previously with my son. Receptionist seemed irritated, as if my questions were annoying her. I had a great experience previously and as a parent who is only looking for help with an already stressful situation with my child the reluctance to offer help is even more upsetting.

  I needed to have an expedited evaluation done. Dr. Harari and his team were quick to fit me into their schedule. I was able to get a report sent within 24 hours. The team was very professional and accommodating throughout every process. Christian especially has gone above and beyond in making sure you were well informed.

  I had a screening with Dr. Trumpeter and her associate, Christian and it could not have gone better! They were welcoming, it was a nice environment and they truly made me feel comfortable. I came in very anxious and they really helped me feel at ease. They said it could be a few weeks before they emailed my report, but exactly one week from the day I saw them, they sent the report! So very timely! It helped answer a lot of questions I had about myself and is helping me get the treatment I need. Thank you!
