He had it fixed in a half hour and actually improved the system by adding detection of the back hatch being opened. I'm an electrical engineer and I can tell you this guy really knows what he's doing! A real expert! I would give a 10 star rating if I could.

- CNCJ NovackAug 22, 20255.0I reached out to Complete Mobile via their web form asking for an estimate. Within an hour, I had a response from Adam with questions about our vehicle. He provided a YouTube video link that showed how to pull information about our current stock stereo head unit which was very helpful. After nailing down our stock equipment, he provided multiple links to stereo head units that would work with our vehicle. We chose our options and he scheduled us for the coming Wednesday. So, from an initial web form request for information on Saturday to a completed installation on the following Wednesday, it was a 5 day turnaround. The installation only took about 4 hours. Once the install was complete, he took the time to walk us through the features of the new system. The new system is amazing and we are extremely happy with the outcome. From beginning to end, Adam was the consummate professional and was always quick to respond. Going forward, any car audio projects we may have will be done through Complete Mobile. All in all, an excellent experience. Thanks!
