  I am a recent graduate of Compass. I had the pleasure of being taught by several really great teachers. Miss Tina is the best! When I was in school at Compass Career College, I didn’t realize how much I was learning until I actually got out into the salon world. Everything she taught me makes so much sense now. She really knows how to motivate people and make you understand hair, not just memorize it. I also was given more than just knowledge of cosmetology while there I was taught professionalism, how to prepare for a job for a job interview, how to push through self doubt and fear and how to be a great stylist. She is now at the Slidell campus and if I had to make the decision all over again I would go there in a heart beat! The new Slidell campus is beautiful too. If you’re thinking about cosmetology, go here—you won’t regret it!

  I just want to start off by saying, Missy is a rockstar!! I had the pleasure yesterday of having my hair washed and blown out. Everyone there was so welcoming from the moment I stepped into the building. Missy was very professional and made sure she asked all the right questions to ensure I got the best care possible. I must say this is a clean, welcoming and overall great place. Thank you so much for having me!!!

  Just had the most amazing experience at Compass Career College! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and pampered. The salon has a great vibe, super clean, and everyone is so friendly. I went in for a blowout service and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have to give a special shoutout to Dominique, my stylist of course. She made sure I was comfortable & made sure to be known of any problems that I’ve had before with my hair. If you’re looking to go to a salon that’s welcoming & a stylist that knows what she’s doing go here!

  Went in for a brow and facial wax. the students and educators were super nice and my brows looked phenomenal highly recommend! I loved the fact that the class was small it made it more of a one on one training for the students which I'm sure will help them advance in perfection in their careers. If you need your brows or hair done or even if you are looking into learning cosmetology I would definitely check them out!
