  I am not one to give reviews often however, I was more than pleased with Cathy’s customer service! she is so nice and very thorough on explaining things. She helped me and my mom greatly. You don’t find too many people that actually want to help you but she is passionate about helping her clients and I HIGHLY recommend coming to Cathy for anything!

  I rarely, if at all, write reviews, but I will say this.....I'd definitely recommend this branch for all your financial needs. Say what you want about the location and how much of a bear it is to enter and leave the branch off Cane Run Rd. I agree 100%, but I feel its completely worth it before once they take(n) care of you. Alot of banks entice you with a catchy slogan, but rarely follow through once a customer (new or old) walks through the front doors. I can't speak for other CCU branches, but this definitely takes pride in themselves and their customers and the staff really does "See you different" if not as family. Asking how you and your family is doing, catching up, or even picking up a conversation (days before) right where it left off. You're treated like a person rather than a member or account number, which means alot to me!!! Dont take my word for it. If you're in/near the Cane Run area Renee Taylor is someone I'd definitely recommend you speak to, even if its just for a second. She'll definitely assist you however you may need and take the time to do it until it's complete or to your satisfaction.......True story. I walked in wanting to discuss options for financing a used vehicle from a private seller thinking I wont get financed for alot. Renee sat me down in her office and we began to discuss the rates and affordable payment options for me based on the vehicle. Renee genuinely cared about the vehicle being "right" for me, the safety features, and the ammenties the vehicle has/offers. She even gave me a reference of someone she knew who has the exact vehicle and year and what they thought about it so far. Before I knew it (in a week's time) she had all the info, contacted the seller on my behalf, and set up everything for me..... except the time and date to meet up and buy the vehicle, lol. I won't lie. I did search around for better options (some banks/CUs had better financing), but all of them that I spoke with didn't treat me right (as a person), nor did they go the extra mile as Renee did!!! As they say, people won't remember you for what you did, but how you made them feel. Renee and the CCU Cane Run branch definitely did that, and I'll definitely be returning and referring everyone to her and that branch. Thanks again Renee!!!
