  I cannot say enough how great of a financial institution Commonwealth Credit Union is. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Loan applications are easy, all loan department staff members are simply stellar. CCU is everything I wanted in a financial institution and more.

  Continuously cannot get into my online banking. It accepted my login today, except it now wants more identifiers before letting me in. Put in the correct information and "an error occurred while validating your information - please try again later". So I call to ask if both of us on the account have to be present to close the account (not if you're primary account holder). Your phone system was glitching out too. A terrible computer voice warbles out something like "sorry an error has occurred." I called 3 times and was finally successful in getting someone and was able to get into the app. I can at least do some stuff again. If you want a Credit Union that seems no different from a bank, give CCU a try today!
