    Amazing detail to customer service. The staff at Meijer branch are always friendly, professional and attentive to your needs. Every staff member including the branch manager are always courteous and very competent. The respect they convey to your accounts, loans and money makes it easy to keep in order.

    I love this bank but I don’t like the upgrade on the app.. it’s slow and shows a lot of pending transactions.. can we have the old app back pleaseee!!

    I have a loan here that’s the only reason I deal with this bank. Most of the employees are RUDE! I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone in fact I’ve told people about my experiences with this bank. Once my loan is paid I will never walk into another commonwealth credit union again. My main back would never treat me in this manner You have one teller tell you one thing and the next time it’s something else…. #Rude #Nasty
