  Zack talked us through the process of replacing our windows, how it would be done and the construction of the windows. He was knowledgeable, interesting to talk to, and no high pressure. We’re excited to replace all our windows from Comfort Windows, made in Syracuse NY .

  Eric and John did fantastic work on installing our four replacement doors . My wife and I were very impressed with their professionalism and super attitude! We wouldn't go anywhere else but Comfort for our window and door needs.

  Our aging parents hired this company for siding, having used them in the past for windows and doors, and were initially satisfied. But when we reached out for help with a small bump-out addition that affected the siding they installed, we were ignored for over three weeks. When they finally responded, they refused to assist and wouldn’t even sell us matching siding. Our parents were sold premium products despite being on a fixed income and likely only staying in their home for a few more years. We believe they took advantage of our parents and showed a complete lack of regard for customer loyalty and basic decency. If you value integrity and customer care, look elsewhere.

  Product may be wonderful but my experience is a customer service fail. Contacted via website and clearly indicated I need only 1 window & the est. size. Waited over a week and no response. Understandable that they only replace 2 or more windows but I had to call them to find that out. A quick email or text from them to me would have been better than NO response at all.

  Great windows and great installation We are very happy with our decision to purchase replacement windows from Comfort. Our sales representative Sam knew the products inside and out and was very patient and helpful while we planned which windows to replace and what to replace them with. When the windows were ready to be installed scheduling was easy and Eric and Gary did an amazing job. We needed some unexpected repairs done to the exterior wall of one window and they were able to take of it same day. Both Eric and Gary replaced numerous windows leaving our interior trim in perfect condition and left the areas clean and vacuumed after each. We shopped at 3 window replacement companies and are very happy we went with comfort and highly recommend them!
