The new walk-in shower and bathroom is amazing! The crew from Comfort Windows did an outstanding job, and the floor work is absolutely flawless. The project was completed on time and within budget. We couldn't be happier! Comfort windows did our roof, siding, windows and now this awesome bathroom! It's why we keep coming back to them!

The employees were easy to deal with from the first contact, thru installation. I had to push back installation date and they worked with me to reschedule. The installation went smooth. They showed up earlier than the anticipated and worked consistently, and consciously. We are very happy with the final product! Two new doors that will help keep out the cold we all know is coming! Thank you Comfort W&D!

2 stars to the company, 5 stars to the service tech Josh Guist. We ordered windows in January, and just today in early October, we’re finally done with the project. Took forever to get the windows in. The team that finally came this summer to install was very polite and did the job quickly, though they left us with A. one broken window (which took another long while to get replaced), B. a messy job with caulk around the windows that needed serious TLC prior to painting, and C. our large window in the family room wasn’t opening properly. I had to call repeatedly for updates and scheduling - Comfort’s communication is poor. FINALLY they send a service tech, Josh Guist, to check out the window and replace the broken one. He was thorough and honest, and he actually changed my mind about the company. I was pissed before he arrived - no basic project should take THIS long and require such constant work on my end to get it right. But his honesty, understanding, and soft demeanor made me feel at ease and NOT call Comfort with an earful of frustration. He told me what was wrong, and then showed me how he fixed it. Fast, polite, efficient, informative. He’s the only reason this review isn’t a 2 star. That man deserves a raise.

Poor work, what was going to be a few days of work, turned into months. I shoyld have saved myself money by going with a different company. The first crew did bad work, noting installed correctly, lots of mistakes, on site boss that was leading the crew was rude and argumentative. Everything had an excuse, sir we cut the electric in the wall, byt we have to call different people to fix that, multi holes with plates on wall now," "cant fill the holes cause that's not my job", " the screw holes in the window can't fill cause they didn't give me the stuff to fill it, but you can buy it, it's oak blah blah blah". I could go on, had to call corporate to try and have things done right, last crew showed up to fix things ....I guess....I had missed almost a week and a half of work spanning a few month initially, last window being replaced cause some sort of mold or mildew growing in it. First few crews were diry, trash and cigerette buts, nails and screws my pets found. I would pass on using them for anything.

Shout out to comfort windows and doors. The salesman, Craig Thomas, did a great job at explaining the entire process and was extremely helpful when it came to picking out the materials for the bathroom. He.was very thorough. The entire process, three days, right from gutting the old bathroom and flooring to installing a whole new bathroom. Which included the installation of a single stall shower, as well as a vanity (plumbing too), the lighting, sheet rock, and the flooring. Which wasn’t easy, considering the size of my bathroom. It’s just perfect. I was very impressed on how clean they left the area during the three days they were installing my bathroom. Very professional and the workers were so kind. And we’re willing to answer any questions that I had for them. I would recommend comfort, windows and doors highly!
