Zero stars are too many. Nurses make appointments then don’t show. Told us to alter doctors orders. Doctor said no. 3 hours late first visit and now 8 hours late and not so much as a call. They did not even leave a number for me to call. Run from this service don’t walk. Customer service is not slack it is non existent.

I have known Ms Eberly and Comfort Keeper's for many years. She and her staff provide a caring and professional service second to none. I personally used them for my father's in home care and was totally satisfied in every way.
