  I used Comfort Keepers for approximately 2 months this year after major leg surgery. The individuals that helped care for me were excellent. They were always on time and careful. They made my life much more comfortable while they attended to me. I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

  My Parents are using Comfort Keepers at this time. Unfortunately, they have had four different people during their 4 to 5 week beginning of Comfort keepers. It’s very Frustrating that they send out different people so much. Also, the individuals coming to my parent’s house cannot seem to get there on time. My parents are waiting on their lunch to be made while Comfortable Keepers is late. We are hoping this experience will get better. I have relatives in other states that love Comfort Keepers and have no problems whatsoever. Not sure what the problem is here in Texas.

  The caregivers provided by Comfort Keepers were professional, prompt, compassionate, understanding, and reliable. They were kind and patient even when our mother, who had Alzheimer's, was having a bad day.

  Comfort Keepers is a wonderful, caring, and highly personalized organization. Over almost three years, Comfort Keepers cared for my Mom when I couldn't be in town, providing exactly the sorts of assistance she needed, from meal preparation to small expeditions to companionship. Whenever we needed to change service hours or types, they were always happy to help, and when a Comfort Keeper was ill or late in arriving (rare), the staff let me know. I was so impressed and pleased by the kindness and the thoughtfulness of all of the Keepers who tended to Mom, and the staff with whom I interacted! I will always be enormously grateful to Comfort Keepers for providing exactly the sorts of care Mom needed. Heartfelt thanks!
