  We used this company for my mother-in-law many years ago. When I became disabled seven years ago we called them up and they came right out to do an assessment and pug us into two of their excellent workers. I have been with them for over seven years and have been very blessed with their employees. When I became disabled it was a very low point in my life and I was depressed. Their workers gave me excellent care but more importantly they cheered me up and gave me hope for a future. I felt so blessed to have them come to my home to assist me and brighten my days. I'm happy to recommend Comfort Keepers.

  The agency changed or cancelled scheduled service numerous times on short notice (e.g., 15 minutes or less) based on various excuses -- weather, sudden caregiver illness, sick child, etc. Each time, they promised ("you have my word") that it wouldn't happen again, but it did . . . over and over again. The management finally admitted that they didn't have sufficient caregivers in my area. Of course, the opposite was represented when I initially interviewed and retained them. I found the management and ownership team to be slick and dishonest. I have retained a number of agencies over the past several years, and Comfort Keepers easily ranks at the bottom of the list for quality and honesty.
