  I contacted Comfort Keepers Home Care at the worst possible time. I was bringing my mom home and desperately needed home care for her. I called several providers before Comfort Keepers, none of which were available to answer my call. When I called Comfort Keepers, I was greeted by a professional, courteous, and understanding. person who took my information and immediately connected me with Jenna and Kim - the dynamic duo. They walked me through the entire process in a way that didn't overwhelm me. They were patient and seemed to anticipate my questions and concerns and provide valuable answers and information. And more importantly, on such short notice and coinciding with a four day weekend, they were able to schedule care personnel to be at my home right on time for my mom to arrive. There were no gaps in the schedule and the care my mom received from the staff was top notch. We had several aides - Ophelia W, Rosmery T, Otilia Z, and Mariama M. They communicated with us and each other every step of the way. They are all talented care givers and our family felt very confident and at ease with them in our home and caring for mom. They literally took care of everything!!!!! I highly recommend Comfort Keepers Home Care to anyone in need of in home care services!

  Comfort Keepers has been a Godsend. I have suffered mobility issues since the beginning of the year. Caregivers Jennifer and Briselda have helped me safely get to yoga practice Monday, Wednesday and Friday as well as other doctor appointments. My mobility issues generally require an upright walker, but can involve a wheelchair. Comfort Keepers have been accommodating to my medical needs. I would definitely recommend them.

  I am constantly amazed at how well Comfort Keepers takes care of my father-in-law. He is always clean and well kept, receives his medications on time, and is very happy living "independently." The caregivers are aware whenever his medications are adjusted and promptly let me know of any changes they observe that need my attention. Wish I could add a 6th star!

  Excellent service and in-home care aides. Aides particularly effective with elder father returning home following surgery and rehab stint.

  All the staff were so accommodating. The caregiver for my mom was the best!! She was patient, thoughtful and so sweet to my mom, who had her difficult moments. The nurse in charge of my moms case was wonderful and so responsive to my incessant texts for help. Thank you for helping my family through a difficult time
