  Comfort Keepers go above and beyond in the service they provide. The home health aides and manager treat the person in their care like family. They are quick to respond to any additional needs and also help to solve any problems that they observe. Communication is constant as is a detailed weekly invoice. It has been a year since we started with them and they have made things so much better. We are truly grateful and blessed to have the Comfort Keepers team in our lives.

  From the first meeting with Edyth, Pricilla and then Michele they all helped me feel that I was in the right place to help with my mom. They are all so professional and truly caring and really know what they are doing especially with dealing with dementia. Pricilla went above and beyond to check in on my mom when I couldn’t be there. Michele became part of our family and my mom loved her. She knew just how to keep my mom focused and to feel safe and calm. My mom didn’t accept this at first that she needed help but Michele had such a way to make my mom feel comfortable and before you knew it my mom was looking for her on the days she was off. The days Michele was there with my mom I felt like I was able to breathe and I know my mom was in good hands. I do not know how I would have gotten through all of this with my mom without this team of professionals. They treated my mom as if she was their mom. They guided me through helpful resources because this was all new to me and my family with regards to dementia. Let me just say they know what they are doing. I can never thank this team enough.

  Eydie Shapiro moved a lot of boulders to get a home aide for our Mom on very short notice. This was key to our Mom’s recovery. The aide, Temeka, took great care of our Mom. Thank you Comfort Keepers!

  I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks for the care provided to my mom over the past few years. Mom passed away on December 16th and had been a client of Comfort Keepers since 2018. We had several caregivers during that time but I want to highlight Maribel who was a godsend for my mom. She took excellent care of mom and became a trusted member of our family. I always knew that mom was in good hands when Maribel was around. It was very important for me to allow my mom to age in place. She was a nursing assistant by profession and, knowing the demands of that work, she always said that she preferred to have her care provided at home. The attention you get at home cannot be matched in an institutionalized setting. The attention and care provided by Maribel and the team at Comfort Keepers put me at ease. I always knew my mom was well cared for.

  Working with the Comfort Keepers team has been such a relief during stressful times. They've provided amazing service to my family, easing the guilt that comes with not being able to provide all the care aging parents need myself.
