This has been a difficult time seeing our aging parents now needing help from an agency. However, Keri was the aid that my parents felt comfortable with and would come to their house for a few hours in a week to help care for my dads needs and free up my mom who is his caregiver. Keri's kind and compassionate demeanor never went unnoticed. She was always welcomed because of her pleasant disposition and always went above and beyond to assist both parents. It isn't easy for any elderly people to adjust to realizing they need these services but it was a smooth transition with Keri. Unfortunately, my mom ( his caregiver) has now had an injury and we need to hire a liven aid for both parents. We as a family are involved and help them but what a comfort it is to know these services are ready and available to family members who love and care about our loved ones . It is a comfort knowing that Keri can still be involved when she will be called upon to assist with transporting him to a doctor appointment. Thank you Keri Ann we appreciated the care you provided to our parents.
