Wallingford Comfort Keepers wasn't focused on their prize winning customer service from the get-go.
Kara S. certainly called right away, made an appointment--
And for my very first taste with this company she DIDN'T SHOW, nor call or text. For over 40 minutes. NOTHING!!!
I Had to call her..
Strike one.
Kara also never communicated the schedule for the following month-for January, when services just began in December of 2023.
No - communication whatsoever, then when I had asked, she replied with a snotty answer-- , "You Do Have a calendar, right ?"
Guess I was supposed to read her mind, AND the care givers schedule as well....
(That capability, my friends is only for The Lord Christ Jesus.
Not myself..)
TOTAL LACK OF communication,

AND as a new client of 2 months with Comfort Keepers , they actually sent an individual- Tina who had --Little to No Use of her right hand or forearm.. Because of a stroke she had.. (this is who they hire and sent to help be a care giver / PCA , to someone in need ??)

That wouldn't be a good fit for Any- individuals who are disabled, and or elderly..
But this is the work of this so-called prize winning customer service company that they profess to be.
She couldn't even put on my socks, make the the bed, and more-ETC.. Unfortunately left me in tears -- both emotionally and physically from having to do the work for her, myself, -- which is the Whole Point of hiring this company...
--And to be paying $35.00 dollars an hour for these services, that as the client, I DID NOT RECEIVE...
How is this TOP QUALITY customer service, I asK??
Garrett - the owner approved $35.00 credit, on the 16th of January , for what occurred on January 2nd, which the Company Has NOT YET GIVIN OR ADJUSTED in any of their invoices..
(They sure DO SEND OUT THE BILLS or invoices FAST ENOUGH. Though.)
It's now- the last week in January 2024-- looking for that updated invoice reflecting the credit - which hasn't occurred, Calling the Wallingford office questioning about a correct- updated invoice, I was told by Kara -- "We Can't Do that , it'll reflect in February 2nd's invoice, when that goes out," -- which hasnt even occurred yet...
Comfort Keepers is already planning to send an invoice --- with
NO care giver or PCA in mind or scheduled for that day -- 🤔 ...
( If the company sends the invoices, they certainly have the capabilities to make an adjustment. Correct ??)
Also February 2nd,
Is NOT ON Or AFTER THE 3RD OF EVERY MONTH which I requested services to start-- Which I stated to Kara when she came to my home for our first meeting in late November 2023, advising of my needs and preferred time to start, and whatnots.
Does that Sound like a Company-- people could put their trust into and the money- especially if they're paying OUT-OF POCKET like myself.. ( Being on a FIXED/LIMITED INCOME???)
SHAME ON YOU -- Comfort Keepers.. Third and Final strike. As a result of their actions, and Poor communication , and horrible customer service, the contract with Comfort Keepers is officially TERMINATED.
