  Alaina Johnson and her team were excellent! Her care team took care of my father for 4.5 yrs and they were a life saver since I lived out of town. They provided the best in-home care to my fathers home and my father developed a friendship with each care giver. I strongly recommend hiring comfort keepers as your dedicated in-home care services. Thank you Alaina for not only making this an easy setup on home services once my father was out of the hospital, but keeping his home care a 5 star service!

  Very disappointed with this service. I needed someone experienced using a Hoyer lift. The person that they sent had very little experience if any. I canceled the service after the first day. My opinion is that they are nothing more than an expensive babysitter.

  Comfort Keepers provided the additional assistance we needed for daily care and then we added occasional nightly care. We had a variety of care givers and the administration kept me fully informed and worked with the many adjustments we needed to make over the course of 4 months. It was a huge adjustment for all of us to include daily care however we all needed assistance. The Comfort keepers staff assisted with all questions and offered much needed suggestions...didn't know what we didn't know. Did everything go perfectly - NO. That being said it was such a comfort to our family and peace of mind knowing there was assistance for all of us.
