  Last fall of 2024, my husband and I decided we needed an air and heat system in our home where as some parts of the house is from the 1800ds. We chose this company because of the reviews people wrote in. First... Jonathan came to scout the project. It wasn't going to be an easy one..we knew that. We went through the whole house and he said he could do it. We discussed details and options. Not too long,he came with his whole crew and the work began. Each of his workers had a job to do and all worked wonderfully and efficiently together. We were amazed how,what seemed impossible for this type of home, was made possible by Jonathan and his knowledgeable expert crew. A year later,we are still pleased with their workmanship...and we got to experience air conditioning for the very first time in 50 plus years. We have 33 windows and in the past,that was fine. Lately,the heat with not much fresh air had been unbearable. Will always remember him with his workers for great job and clean up crew. This one was definitely not "a piece of cake" to do...and they did.

  If I could put more stars on this review I would. The industry gets a bad rep for over charging and dishonesty but Jon at Comfort Ductwork Systems is one of the few that really care about people and customer satisfaction. I called him because the AC would kick on but no cold air would come through the ducts. He came to my home and was very honest, gave me a fair price and answered all the questions I had. As a homeowner, you try to do as much you can to save by watching DIY videos and pulling out the old toolbox but I was out of my element on this one. Jon didn’t have to do this, but he taught me a lot while he came to repair my AC system. Cannot recommend enough. Mi gente, si necesitan un experto de confianza en sistemas de aire acondicionado y calificación, llame a esta compania. Son honestos y no te van vender algo que no necesitas.

  Jonathan was extremely professional and his price was very reasonable. He promptly gave us an installation date and the installation was done very well. I will be using his company to provide maintenance going forward.

  Would highly recommend Jonathan and Comfort Air/Ductwork. Had a rheem heat pump installed to replace our old basement unit. They were on time, clean and had the best price. Four months in and we are very happy with the system.

  Jonathan was so very patient when answering all of my many questions when it came time to change out my 3 AC units for 3 heat pumps. I shopped around quite a bit and no one had the time for me like he did. His pricing was also fair in my opinion. He always responded to all my inquiries and was very knowledgeable. When I told him I needed more time to make my decision, he was so professional and I knew then that he was the right person for the job. We decided on heat pumps because we have solar panels and Jonathan and his team worked quickly and efficiently on what proved to be a very large project. Happy to say my house is freezing cold - just the way I like it! He is also taking care of the PSEG paperwork for my rebates. I would not hesitate to use Jonathan and crew. He is in a class all his own!
