Thank you to Mario and Adrienne for coming to my rescue. I had sewage backup in my basement and they were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I also want to note that I can tell this company functions on integrity. Grateful for the support during a stressful situation.

Randy came out quickly to help us in the aftermath of a house flood. I am so appreciative and thankful for his compassion, guidance, and speedy response. I highly recommend.

We had an unexpected renovation since the former owners of our house didn’t see the need for a wax toilet seal after replacing some floors. Jacob, Gabe, Adrian and Mario were all so helpful and prompt getting everything torn out and cleaned up! They set up floor protection and plastic film on the doors of the rooms that they were working on so the rest of the house didn’t get messy and they were all very patient with my curious dogs. Hopefully we don’t need their services in the future but if I do I won’t hesitate to reach back out.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Josh! They came out to locate a leak in my ceiling and were kind, professional, and incredibly respectful of my home. They took the time to protect my property before starting work and explained everything clearly as they went. They did what it took to get a plumber to my home, otherwise we would have had to shut off our water till the AM due to this leak being so late! It’s such a relief to have a crew that treats your home like their own. I truly hope this same team is assigned to complete the job, they’ve earned my full trust and appreciation. Highly recommend!

Jeremy and crew did an excellent job. Showed up on a stormy Tuesday evening, climbed into the attic (and Jeremy is pretty big), did a quick inspection to assess what they could do. He let me know they would take care of everything. Jacob and Adrian worked closely with him to install and remove all of the equipment needed for the job. With continuous inspections they confirmed that the area was fully dried and ready for repair. I will give these guys my recommendation any day of the week. Worked clean, thoroughly, and transparent through the whole process.

Frequently Asked Questions About Colorado Cleanup Services

Is mold really of concern in Colorado?

Yes. All that mold needs in order to grow is moisture/high humidity, something organic to grow on (wood, dirt, paper on your drywall, etc.) and the right temperature. If your home or business has condensation, seepage, broken pipes, leaky roofs, improper ventilation, etc., there is a risk for mold growth. The sooner you have a professional examine and dry or remove the wet areas, the less chance that you will have a mold problem.

Is mold dangerous?

It certainly can be. Certain types of molds have the potential to cause serious health effects. Some molds produce allergens that can trigger allergic reactions and/or asthma attacks in people and animals. Others produce toxins. Stachybotrys (black mold), Aspergillus, and Penicillium are three of the most dangerous commonly found indoor molds. Mycotoxins can pass through the human cellular wall and disrupt certain cellular processes which can potentially cause serious health issues. Both living and dead mold spores have potential dangers. CCS technicians have the training and experience to address your mold problems! We do NOT try to scare our customers….we explain to our customers what the problem is (IF they even have a problem) and exactly what steps need to be taken to correct it and return the property to pre-existing condition.
